STREAMnTV BUSINESS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective for STREAMnTV Business Services. By purchasing a STREAMnTV business service, you agree to the following terms.

SERVICES — STREAMnTV provides an annual geo-localized business listing and promotional display service. One approved Business Directory sign-up activates the business for one (1) full year (365 days) from its activation date. The annual service includes Business Directory placement: TV Ticker placement, and TV business-box placement tied to the geographic location submitted and selected by the business at sign-up.

BUSINESS DIRECTORY SIGN-UP — $35 / YEAR: The $35 Business Directory sign-up is one annual sign-up covering 365 days from activation. Businesses do not need to sign up again weekly or monthly during their active annual period. Continued placement after the 365-day service period requires renewal.

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION AT SIGN-UP: During sign-up, the business submits and selects its Country, City/Region (Hub), District, Business Category, and Sub-Category. These submitted location details form part of the business listing and determine the geographic placement of its ticker and business box.

GEO-LOCALIZED TICKER & BUSINESS BOX PLACEMENT: The ticker and business box are bound to the geographic location entered and selected by the business at sign-up. The selected City/Region (Hub), together with the submitted Country and District, determines where the business details are displayed. A business registered for Sydney is placed within the Sydney geographic display area; a business registered for Auckland is placed within the Auckland geographic display area. The annual ticker and business-box placement is not automatically distributed network-wide or into unrelated cities or regions.

WHAT APPEARS IN THE LOCAL PLACEMENT: The localized ticker and business box may display the submitted Business Name, Category, Sub-Category, Country, City/Region (Hub), District, and direct Business Link or destination URL. STREAMnTV may format these submitted details as necessary for the relevant ticker, business box, directory, or viewing interface.

ANNUAL ACTIVATION PERIOD: The 365-day service period begins when payment has cleared and the business listing is activated. The Business Directory listing, geo-localized ticker, and geo-localized business box share the same activation date and annual service period. Unless the listing is suspended or terminated under these terms, the placement remains active for 365 days from that activation date.

LOCATION CHANGES: Because ticker and business-box placement are geographically bound to the location submitted at sign-up, the business is responsible for providing accurate location information. Any approved change to Country, City/Region (Hub), or District may change where the business appears. STREAMnTV may require verification before changing an active listing's geographic placement.

DISPLAY & PERFORMANCE: Geo-localized placement provides promotional visibility within the geographic area associated with the business's submitted location. STREAMnTV does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, viewers, clicks, leads, inquiries, bookings, transactions, or sales. Purchasing an annual listing provides the agreed placement service, not a guaranteed commercial result.

EDITORIAL STANDARDS & PLATFORM COMPLIANCE: All directory, ticker, and business-box placements must comply with STREAMnTV platform standards and family-safe content requirements. Submissions involving adult entertainment, gambling, tobacco, vaping, predatory lending, deceptive financial schemes, unlawful activities, hate speech, or other content deemed incompatible with platform integrity may be rejected, suspended, or removed.

BUSINESS INFORMATION & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: You warrant that all submitted business names, promotional information, destination links, logos, and brand assets are accurate, lawful, and owned by you or used with permission from the applicable rights holder. You grant STREAMnTV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, broadcast, resize, format, and present those submitted materials for the duration of the active annual service.

CREATIVE CONTENT & FICTIONAL CONTEXT: Fictional situations, comedic tropes, robotic narrators, futuristic lore, and story dramatizations produced by STREAMnTV are creative entertainment assets designed for engagement. Such creative content must not be interpreted as technical claims, financial advice, performance guarantees, endorsements, or literal factual representations of a featured business.

INDEPENDENT PLATFORM & THIRD-PARTY TRANSACTIONS: STREAMnTV operates as an independent media broadcaster and business directory. STREAMnTV is not a party to, and is not responsible for, transactions, bookings, contracts, purchases, product performance, services, or customer disputes between viewers and featured businesses. Commercial dealings remain between the consumer and the relevant business.

PAYMENTS & ACTIVATION: Payment processing is handled through supported authorized payment infrastructure and WooCommerce. STREAMnTV does not collect or store payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or sensitive financial authentication credentials on its own servers. Where an order requires payment verification, the annual service activates after confirmed receipt of cleared funds.

NO CHANGE-OF-MIND REFUNDS: All sales are final. Because annual directory and geo-localized promotional placements are allocated upon activation, STREAMnTV does not provide discretionary or change-of-mind refunds. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable statutory rights or consumer remedies guaranteed under applicable law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the New Zealand Fair Trading Act 1986, or the Australian Consumer Law.

PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION PRACTICES: STREAMnTV operates on a privacy-first platform architecture. Customer and business details captured at checkout, including Business Name, billing contact, email address, destination URL, Category, Sub-Category, Country, City/Region (Hub), and District, may be used for order processing, billing fulfillment, directory display, and the geo-localized ticker and business-box placement described in these terms.

TERMINATION FOR BREACH: STREAMnTV may suspend, terminate, or remove an active Directory listing, ticker placement, or business-box placement if an advertiser engages in payment fraud, deceptive trade practices, systemic consumer harm, unlawful activity, serious platform-standard violations, or misuse of the service. Removal resulting from a verified breach does not entitle the advertiser to a refund or pro-rata credit, subject to applicable law.

ACCEPTANCE: By selecting the annual service, submitting your business details and geographic location, and completing your order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these STREAMnTV Business Terms & Conditions. Your Business Directory listing, ticker placement, and business-box placement are bound to the geographic location submitted at sign-up and run for 365 days from the activation date.
