Effective for STREAMnTV Business Services
By purchasing a STREAMnTV business service, you agree to the following terms.
1. SERVICES
STREAMnTV currently offers:
PAY & DISPLAY — $20 / 7 DAYS Your submitted business listing is displayed in the STREAMnTV Specials service for 7 days from activation.
BUSINESS DIRECTORY — $55 / YEAR Your approved business is listed in the STREAMnTV Business Directory for 1 year from activation and may be found by location and business category.
1-MIN MICRO MOVIE — $99 STREAMnTV creates one approximately 1-minute animated robot micro-story based on the information and design brief you provide. The production may use 2D or 3D animation according to the selected brief and STREAMnTV production format.
2. BUSINESS INFORMATION
You are responsible for providing accurate business names, links, locations, categories and other submitted information.
You must have the right to provide and use any business name, logo, brand material, images or other content submitted to STREAMnTV.
3. APPROVAL & PLATFORM STANDARDS
Business listings and promotional content may be reviewed before or after publication.
STREAMnTV may reject, suspend or remove content that is fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, unsafe, inappropriate, or does not meet platform standards.
4. $20 PAY & DISPLAY
The $20 Pay & Display service runs for 7 days from activation.
The service provides the STREAMnTV display placement described at the time of purchase. Purchasing Pay & Display does not guarantee views, clicks, enquiries, customers or sales.
5. $55 BUSINESS DIRECTORY
The $55 Directory service runs for 1 year from activation.
The listing may include your business name, category, location and direct business link.
Directory placement does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by STREAMnTV.
6. $99 1-MIN MICRO MOVIE
After purchasing the $99 service, you provide a simple design brief covering your business, robot character, theme, animation preference, audience, tone and message.
STREAMnTV develops the story using its standard creative format, including narrative structure, pacing and production style.
The service is a standardized creative product, not an unlimited custom-production service.
7. CREATIVE CONTENT
STREAMnTV robot stories, futuristic settings, fictional situations and dramatic scenarios are entertainment and promotional creative works.
They should not be interpreted as factual representations of real events or claims about a featured business.
8. INDEPENDENT PLATFORM
STREAMnTV is an independent promotional and entertainment platform.
STREAMnTV does not provide, endorse or guarantee the products or services offered by businesses appearing on the platform.
Any purchase, booking, agreement, dispute or transaction between a viewer and a listed business is between those parties.
9. REFUNDS
No change-of-mind refunds.
Once a service has been purchased, STREAMnTV does not provide voluntary refunds because a customer changes their mind.
This policy does not limit any refund, remedy or other right that must be provided under applicable consumer law.
10. RESULTS
Advertising and promotional results vary.
STREAMnTV does not guarantee audience numbers, traffic, enquiries, leads, customers, sales, revenue or other commercial results from any service.
11. PRIVACY & PAYMENTS
Business and contact information submitted to STREAMnTV is used to process orders, manage listings, provide purchased services and communicate about those services.
Payment information is handled through the payment services available at checkout. STREAMnTV does not intentionally store full payment-card details on its own website servers.
12. REMOVAL & MISUSE
STREAMnTV may suspend or remove a listing or promotional item where there is fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, misuse of the platform or a serious breach of these Terms.
Removal for such a breach does not automatically create a right to a refund, subject always to applicable consumer law.
13. ACCEPTANCE
By submitting an order and completing payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
