STREAMnTV BUSINESS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective for STREAMnTV Business Services. By purchasing a STREAMnTV business service, you agree to the following terms.

1. SERVICES STREAMnTV offers three standardized commercial tiers across its independent broadcast and directory ecosystem, led by the baseline Business Directory sign-up:

BUSINESS DIRECTORY SIGN-UP — $35 / YEAR: Your approved business is cataloged in the STREAMnTV Business Directory for one (1) full year (365 days) from activation. It is searchable by country, city, district, and business category in the Services drawer.

PAY & POST — $10 / 7 DAYS: Your submitted business name, promotion, and direct link are broadcast network-wide across the active commercial rotation of every available STREAMnTV channel for seven (7) consecutive days from activation. Placement includes the live player ticker, screen overlay, and scheduled scene-to-scene ad breaks across all channels simultaneously.

25-SEC DEFAULT MICRO-MOVIE PRODUCTION — $99 ONE-TIME: STREAMnTV produces one (1) approximately 25-second narrative micro-movie featuring your business name, direct link, and core offering within STREAMnTV’s established creative world. This service delivers a locked, standardized production template using clean storytelling formats.

2. $35 ANNUAL BUSINESS DIRECTORY SIGN-UP The $35 Directory listing serves as the primary business sign-up and remains active for 365 days from the date payment clears.

The listing includes your submitted business name, selected category, operating territory (country, city, and district), and direct destination link.

Inclusion in the directory does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or warranty of your goods or services by STREAMnTV.

3. NETWORK-WIDE ADVERTISING REACH ($10 PAY & POST) The $10 Pay & Post placement runs across all active channels on the STREAMnTV network. Buyers do not select individual channels; your placement is distributed universally across the entire network footprint for seven (7) days.

Placement appears contextually between episodic narrative scenes, alongside scheduled intermissions, and within the persistent live specials ticker.

Purchasing Pay & Post grants promotional display time only. It does not guarantee impressions, audience reach, viewer clicks, lead generation, customer inquiries, or commercial sales.

4. $99 DEFAULT AD CREATION (25-SEC STANDARDIZED TEMPLATE) The $99 25-Second Micro-Movie is a turnkey default production service, not an open-ended or custom creative agency contract.

Production strictly follows STREAMnTV’s proprietary narrative format: clean Middle Grade (MG) narrative standards, Young Adult (YA) story structure, standard character frameworks, curated audio tracks, and locked visual typography.

No revisions or curation rounds: Production is fulfilled directly from the initial business name, link, and core details submitted at checkout. STREAMnTV does not offer bespoke storyboards, draft revisions, script approvals, or post-delivery edits under this default tier.

All finished 25-second micro-movies are deployed directly into the STREAMnTV network broadcast pool and hosted on our media storage for platform display.

5. EDITORIAL STANDARDS & PLATFORM COMPLIANCE All advertising and directory placements must align strictly with STREAMnTV’s platform standards: family-safe, Middle Grade narrative suitability with zero exceptions.

Submissions advertising adult entertainment, gambling, tobacco, vaping, predatory lending, deceptive financial schemes, unlawful activities, hate speech, or content deemed disruptive to platform integrity will be rejected immediately.

STREAMnTV reserves the right to suspend, retract, or permanently remove any active business listing or commercial spot that breaches these standards or receives verified abuse reports.

6. BUSINESS INFORMATION & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY You warrant that all submitted trade names, promotional copy, destination links, logos, and brand assets provided are accurate, lawful, and owned by you or used with explicit permission from the rights holder.

You grant STREAMnTV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, broadcast, and format your submitted trade name, logos, and promotional links across its platforms for the duration of the purchased service.

7. CREATIVE CONTENT & FICTIONAL CONTEXT Fictional situations, comedic tropes, robotic narrators, futuristic lore, and story dramatizations produced by STREAMnTV are creative entertainment assets designed for engagement.

Creative content produced by STREAMnTV must not be interpreted as technical claims, financial counsel, performance guarantees, or literal factual representations of your commercial enterprise.

8. INDEPENDENT PLATFORM & THIRD-PARTY TRANSACTIONS STREAMnTV operates strictly as an independent media broadcaster and directory index.

STREAMnTV is not a party to, nor liable for, any commercial transaction, booking, contract, purchase, product performance, or customer dispute arising between viewers and any featured business. All commercial dealings remain strictly between the consumer and the respective business.

9. PAYMENTS & VERIFICATION GATEWAYS Payment processing is handled exclusively through authorized, secure financial infrastructure (including Stripe card processing and Wise direct bank transfers).

STREAMnTV does not collect, capture, or store payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or sensitive financial authentication credentials on its own servers.

Orders processed via direct bank transfer (Wise) are subject to verification against your unique order reference (STREAMNTV-[OrderNumber]) and will activate upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds.

10. NO CHANGE-OF-MIND REFUNDS All sales are final. Because directory allocations and promotional space are reserved immediately and default production begins upon clearance, STREAMnTV does not provide discretionary or change-of-mind refunds.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable statutory rights or consumer remedies guaranteed under applicable law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the New Zealand Fair Trading Act 1986, or the Australian Consumer Law.

11. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION PRACTICES STREAMnTV operates on a zero-surveillance, privacy-first platform architecture.

We do not deploy third-party audience trackers, behavioral profiling scripts, telemetry SDKs, or algorithmic data-mining tools on our viewing surfaces.

Customer details captured at checkout (business name, billing contact, email address, destination URL, and location parameters) are used solely for order processing, billing fulfillment, tax invoicing, and directory display.

12. TERMINATION FOR BREACH STREAMnTV may terminate or revoke access to listings, directory placements, or active ad slots without prior notice if an advertiser engages in payment fraud, deceptive trade practices, systemic consumer harm, or unlawful activity.

Removal resulting from an advertiser’s verified breach of these terms does not entitle the advertiser to a refund or pro-rata credit, subject to governing law.

13. ACCEPTANCE By selecting a service, submitting business details, and completing payment via Stripe or Wise, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these STREAMnTV Business Terms & Conditions.
